Our mission

The Educational Development Group (EDG) is a small nonprofit that has been providing educational services to Boston area immigrants for over 30 years. EDG’s mission is to prepare new immigrants for success by providing them with the language skills and cultural awareness needed to access educational and employment opportunities that lead to economic self-sufficiency and civic engagement.
